About This Course
Human Resources management sits at the heart of every successful organisation. Whether a business employs ten people or ten thousand, its ability to attract, develop, motivate, and retain talent directly determines its capacity to achieve strategic goals. Yet many professionals who find themselves responsible for HR functions — particularly in small and mid-sized organisations — have never received formal training in the discipline. This course addresses that gap head-on.
Fundamentals of HR Management Training is a structured, practical programme that covers the essential pillars of human resources management from the ground up. Over five intensive days, participants will build a solid grounding in workforce planning, recruitment and selection, employment contracts and labour law, performance management systems, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Each module is rooted in real-world HR practice and aligned with contemporary best standards across African and global organisational contexts.
TrainingComplex has designed this programme not as a theoretical survey, but as a working toolkit. Participants leave with practical frameworks, ready-to-use HR templates, and the confidence to handle everyday HR challenges professionally and legally. Whether you are new to HR, transitioning from another function, or managing HR responsibilities alongside another role, this course provides the structured foundation you need to perform with credibility and competence.
